· Eight weekly one-hour classes focused on successful strategies to reduce tobacco use.
· Freedom from Smoking Workbook providing educational information on smoking behavior change.
· Peer social support to remain tobacco-free.
· Availability of the nicotine patch, gum, lozenges, or any combination during the program.
Participation can be through a live, classroom session or using the internet or smartphone to attend the class.
The next class is scheduled to begin on Tuesday JANUARY 10th at 5:30 pm at THE FIRST Center 909 Moore Street Huntingdon, PA 16652 or via Zoom.
Class will meet every Tuesday for the 8 weekly sessions ending on September 7th.
