As Program Manager my responsibilities are to be responsive to the community needs of the families we serve, maintain strong and collaborative community relationships with other organizations, work closely with the First Center's Board of Directors in promoting the Center's vision and mission, and to help our staff to use and develop their caring and capable skillfulness.
